Who builds this, and what it will not claim
PGPA Defence Delivery Agency Checker is published by The Art of Service. It exists because the instrument is short but its consequences are not, and the people who have to act on it are not the people who read the Federal Register for pleasure. The site states each duty in our own words, names the party it binds, lists the evidence a reviewer asks for and states the date from the instrument.
What record it reads
The record is read from the authorised version of F2026L01074, its explanatory statement, the PGPA Act 2013 and the PGPA Rule 2014 Compilation No. 64. The record is read from the PDF registered on 18 August 2026. The amending instrument is recorded as four requirement controls in the compliance library, and the Rule is read at Compilation No. 64 with 60 controls across 8 parts.
Who it is for
The company secretary, governance manager or accountable authority support officer standing up the DDA before 1 July 2027, and the consultant or portfolio officer who needs a citable register rather than a summary. It is written for someone who has to hand an answer to a board, an auditor or a portfolio minister.

What the site does not do
It does not certify, audit, give legal advice or replace an assessor. It does not reproduce the instrument text. It does not claim that the start date cannot change, only that it is stated in section 2. It does not promise that an entity will comply.
Change and repeal
The amending instrument is repealed on 2 July 2027 under Legislation Act 2003 section 48A, and clause 8 continues in the PGPA Rule. A later compilation or a later instrument could change the text or the date. The site does not treat the record as final; the record date is visible and the change watch checks the register.
Independence
This is an independent reference. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Department of Finance, the Department of Defence, the Australian Defence Force, the Federal Register of Legislation or the Office of Parliamentary Counsel.
Corrections and the record date
Corrections go to support@theartofservice.com and are made in the record, not patched on a page. Last updated: . The record change date is the same date. The sources were retrieved on 20 October 2026.
The rules this is built from
Nothing on this site is invented. The record reads the authorised version of F2026L01074 and its explanatory statement, beside the PGPA Act 2013 and the PGPA Rule 2014 Compilation No. 64. Every answer points to the clause it came from, so you can check any line yourself.
The amending instrument
The instrument is recorded as four requirement controls across 1 part of the compliance library, each read against clause 8 and the explanatory statement.
Open the framework pageThe Rule it changes
